monday.com's FAQ says the yearly plan is an 18% discount versus month-to-month, paid upfront. The monthly per-seat prices aren't shown in our fetch of the page, so we don't list them. There's a 14-day free trial of Pro, and yearly plans cancelled within 30 days get a partial refund (vendor FAQ).
Which monday.com plan do you need?
- 2 people or fewer, simple boards: Free.
- Small team that just needs shared boards: Basic, $27/mo for 3 seats.
- You need Gantt/timeline, guests or automations: Standard, the first plan with them. 5 seats = $60/mo.
- You need private boards, time tracking or heavy automation: Pro.
