If your company requires single sign-on, the price that matters is the Enterprise price, not the Pro price.

AI action items: the fine print
- Fireflies: on the Free plan, AI summaries and action items depend on AI credits (20 one-time credits per seat, per Fireflies' help center). Paid plans get unlimited transcription; AI credit amounts per paid plan: Unknown. Zapier is available from Pro, and app & CRM integrations are on paid tiers.
- Fathom: AI-generated action items are on paid plans (vendor page). CRM field sync is on Business.
- Otter: summaries list action items (vendor pricing page); quality not tested. Pro lists Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier integrations (asterisked on the vendor page); custom CRM integrations are on Enterprise.
- Granola: action-item behaviour Unknown. Business includes Attio, Notion, HubSpot, Affinity, Zapier and Slack integrations, plus MCP & API.
Decisions vs action items: not tested yet
The thing that matters most to a team lead is whether the notes get decisions, owners and dates right, and whether they keep “not decided” separate from “decided”.
