The AI credits catch, in plain words
- Fireflies: transcription, summaries and recap emails don't use credits. Credits power extras like AskFred on Live Assist, AI Skills and the Personal Assistant. If a paid team uses up its plan credits, Fireflies automatically starts the lowest credits subscription ($5/month for 50 credits) and shows a banner; you can turn Auto-Upgrade off in Settings → Billing.
- Sembly: credits "meter the AI work" and reset monthly per user. Basic and Pro credits don't roll over.
