Fireflies has four plans: Free, Pro ($10), Business ($19) and Enterprise ($39) per seat per month on annual billing. Below: what changes between them, the bill for 1 to 50 people, when Enterprise is the only option, and how it compares with Otter, Fathom and Granola.

A “seat” is any teammate added to your Fireflies workspace. You can share individual meeting recaps with non-members for free (per the Fireflies pricing page). Volume discounts are offered above 50 members.

Which Fireflies plan do you need?
- Trying it alone: Free. New accounts since Sep 1, 2026 get 3 transcriptions by default, unlimited if you turn on Auto-join, but AI summaries use the 20 one-time AI credits. How the free plan works.
- A team that wants unlimited transcription and integrations: Pro, $10/seat annual.
- A manager who wants team analytics and video recording: Business, $19/seat annual.
- IT requires SSO or SCIM: Enterprise only, $39/seat, annual billing only. 10 people = $390/month.

Hidden costs to check
- AI credits: AskFred and AI Skills use AI credits. On Enterprise, AI credits aren't in the base price; add-ons start at $5/user/month (Fireflies help).
- Upload limits on paid plans: uploads, API, Zapier and dialer transcription are rate-limited at 3,000 minutes per user per source per month, then $0.01/minute (Fireflies help). Live meetings with the bot aren't rate-limited.
- Seats: every teammate added to the workspace is billed; share recap links with occasional readers instead.
