Reach managers right when they're picking an AI meeting tool
TeamStack is read by people who run teams: managers of 5–100 person teams, project managers and ops leads. They come with one question: which AI tool should my team actually use, and will IT allow it?
Most of our pages are ones where the reader is already comparing tools:
- AI note-taker tracker: per-seat price, SSO, integrations, and whether each tool separates decisions from action items
- Fireflies vs Otter vs Fathom vs Granola
- Best AI note-taker for project managers
- Otter alternatives, Best free AI note-taker and the AI note-taker cost calculator
Honest numbers
TeamStack launched in October 2026. It's small and growing, and we won't inflate it.
Current stats: New site launched Oct 2026; early traffic is growing — ask for current numbers.
That's why founding pricing is low, and why it stays locked for founding sponsors.
- A Sponsored card with your logo, a one-line pitch and your link, on the note-taker tracker and every note-taker comparison page for 30 days
- One newsletter mention: a labeled sponsor block in one TeamStack issue
- A direct link (
rel="sponsored") to any URL you choose, with UTM tags if you want them - Founding price lock: renew at $149 even after our standard price goes up
After you pay, reply to the receipt or email [email protected] with your logo (SVG or PNG), a one-line pitch under 120 characters, and your link. We go live within 2 business days, and the 30 days start when you're live.
The rules (this is what you're actually paying for)
Our readers trust TeamStack because the data isn't for sale. That trust is what makes a sponsorship here worth anything, so:
- Always labeled. Every sponsor card and newsletter block says “Sponsored.” No exceptions.
- Zero influence on the data. Sponsoring doesn't change prices, scores, rankings, “Unknown” cells, or what we write about you. If your tool is in our table, it stays exactly as accurate (or as critical) as before.
- No sponsored reviews. We don't sell editorial verdicts or “best of” positions.
- Three founding slots, max. Pages never show more than 3 sponsor cards.
- We can decline. If a product isn't relevant to people who run teams, or we can't stand behind it being in front of our readers, we'll refund.
FAQ
Who reads TeamStack?
Managers and team leads, mostly in the US, picking AI tools for meetings, project management and operations. Our founder, Josue Salas, is a Director of Project Management by day.
Will sponsoring change how your tool is rated?
No. Sponsor cards sit beside the content, never inside the comparison tables, and sponsoring doesn't change prices, rankings, 'Unknown' cells or what we write about you.
My tool isn't on your tracker. Can I still sponsor?
Yes, if it's relevant to people who run meetings or teams. Sponsoring doesn't add you to the table. You can request a free listing separately on our Get featured page, and we review it on the same terms as everyone else.
What happens after 30 days?
The card comes down unless you renew. Founding sponsors can renew at $149.
Refunds?
If we haven't gone live yet, it's a full refund on request. Once you're live, we'll pro-rate a refund if we fail to deliver what's listed on this page.
Do you offer CPC, affiliate or revenue-share deals?
We join public affiliate programs, and we disclose that in our footer. That's separate from sponsorship and doesn't change our data either.
Can I see where the card appears first?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll send a screenshot mockup before you pay.
